We buy our cacao from personally known farmers. They are found in the zone of the Meseta Comiteca Tojolabal en central Chiapas.

We can make it as you please and sell it as whole bean roasted or raw; or sell shelled and roasted nibs.    

Our normal presentations are 70% dark or 45% milk chocolate bars y truffles.     We also sell unpackaged bulk chocolate en 250 gram sizes.     Our bar chocolates are plain or flavored with cardamom.
